SSP Group plc (the "Company") announces that Per Franzén, EQT's nominated director, has resigned, with immediate effect, as a non-executive director of the Company following the sale of EQT IV Limited's shareholding in the Company as announced on 28 May 2015. Per was appointed a director in 2012 and was a director when the Company was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2014.
