CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH) - ISSUE OF SHARES UNDER THE INCENTIVE PLAN
Market Update
SSH Group Ltd (ASX:SSH) ( Company or SSH ) advises that it has issued 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares as follows.

Issue of 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Conversion Shares) upon the exercise of Performance Rights, under the Incentive Plan for SSH employees issued pursuant to the Prospectus released with ASX on 15 September 2021.

Pursuant to the ASX release dated 4[th] September 2023, the Company has applied for the release of securities from escrow.
Notice under Section 708A
The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, that 500,000 shares were issued upon conversion of Performance Rights. The Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:
a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and
b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act. There is no excluded information as at the date of this notice, to be disclosed for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
