SSH Group Ltd (ASX: SSH) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of SSH Group Ltd (‘SSH’) will be halted at the request of SSH, pending the release of an announcement by SSH.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

SSH Group Ltd (ASX:SSH) (“SSH” or “the Company”) hereby requests a Trading Halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

We request that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 23 October 2025 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information the Company can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt.
