ASX Announcement

SSH Group Ltd. (ASX:SSH) ( Company or SSH ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow:

• 22,193,750 fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023 being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 5,300,000 unquoted options exercisable at A$0.25 on or before 18 February 2024, classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023, being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 10,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at A$0.35 on or before 9 September 2025, classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023, being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 7,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at A$0.35 on or before 9 September 2024, classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023, being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 500,000 unquoted Class A Performance Rights classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023 being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 150,000 unquoted Class B Performance Rights classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023 being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

• 350,000 unquoted Class C Performance Rights classified by ASX as restricted securities and to be held in escrow until 17 September 2023 being 24 months from the date of commencement of Official Quotation.

These shares are currently unquoted, and the Company will apply for their quotation within 5 business days after the end of the escrow period in accordance with Listing Rule 2.8.5. The Company advises that no further securities remain subject to any mandatory escrow.
