Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
SSH Group Ltd. (ASX:SSH) ( Company , SSH, or Group ) advises that it has appointed Ms Jennifer Voon (B. Com (Hons), CA), as Joint Company Secretary effective from 4 March 2025. Ms Voon has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, where she focused on capital markets, regulatory compliance and market operations.
Ms Voon will work alongside Ms Terzanidis who remains in the role of Company Secretary.
Ms Terzanidis and Ms Voon are the Company officers appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 who will be responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.
