NEW SHARES IN SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 11 December, 2009 at 3:20 p.m. NEW SHARES IN SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER A total of 1,100,000 new shares subscribed in the share issue of SSH Communications Security Corp have been entered into the Trade Register today on 11 December 2009. The shareholder rights will commence when the new shares have been entered into the Trade Register. After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of the Company's shares will be 29,898,449 shares and the share capital of the Company will be EUR 896,953.47. The shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd around 14 December 2009.
