PRELIMINARY INFORMATION ON THE SCHEDULE OF SSH'S DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS

SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE March 28, 2008 SSH Communications Security Corp has appealed a preliminary ruling defined in section 45 of the Finnish Prepayment Act for the implementation of the authorization given to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on March 27, 2008 regarding the distribution of assets and especially the tax treatment of the distribution of the invested unrestricted equity. The Company has received a positive preliminary ruling regarding the distribution of assets from the invested unrestricted equity. Provided that the said preliminary ruling becomes binding, the Board of Directors of the Company will convene by April 3, 2008 to decide that the record date of the distribution of assets will be April 8, 2008 and the payment date will be April 15, 2008.
