Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme can join online via www.sse-shares.com by no later than 10 February 2023.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to withdraw from the Scrip Dividend Scheme can do so online via www.sse-shares.com  or by written request to Link Group to arrive no later than 10 February 2023.

Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should consult their CREST sponsors as appropriate.
