The Company announces that, on 12 July 2019, it granted options over a total of 5,373,057 ordinary shares to employees under its all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of £9.01 per ordinary share. 

This included the grant of options to the Directors/PDMRs set out in the table below.  This disclosure is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, and provides further details on the number of options granted under the Scheme on 12 July 2019.
