SHARESAVE MATURITIES

On 9 October 2015, Gregor Alexander, Director, was allotted 283 shares at a price of £8.71 per share following his exercise of options under the Company's all-employee savings-related share option scheme.

ISA REINVESTMENT

The Company was notified on 9 October 2015 of a reinvestment by the manager of an ISA (formerly PEP) held by Gregor Alexander pursuant to a regular standing order instruction.  Gregor Alexander acquired 42 shares at a price of £15.485 per share on 7 October 2015.

Following these transactions, Gregor Alexander has a beneficial interest in 139,483 shares.

UK SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN - amendment to disclosure made on 7 October 2015

The Company was notified on 9 October 2015 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the provider of the all employee Share Incentive Plan that the number of Matching Shares allocated on 6 October 2015 was 11,543 more than disclosed by the Company on 7 October 2015.  As such, the Company confirms that a total of 32,603 Matching Shares were allocated at £15.357 on 6 October 2015.
