Changes in SSAB's Group Executive Committee

As of January 1, 2010, SSAB has implemented a new organization, as a consequence of which there are certain changes in SSAB's Group Executive Committee.

The organizational and management changes have previously been described in detail in a press release of October 30, 2009.

David Britten, formerly Head of Division, SSAB North America, becomes Head of the newly formed SSAB Americas business area.

Martin Lindqvist, formerly Head of Division, SSAB Strip Products, becomes Head of the newly formed SSAB EMEA business area.

Martin Pei, formerly Chief Technical Officer, becomes Head of the newly formed SSAB APAC business area. For the time being, the position of Chief Technical Officer is vacant.

Karl-Gustav Ramström, formerly Head of Division, SSAB Plate, becomes Head of Market- and Business Development, which is a new position within the Group Executive Committee.

All of the above-named executives were also previously included in SSAB's Group Executive Committee.
