SRV Group Plc Taneli Hassinen Director Communications Tel. +358-40-504-3321 [email protected] ANNEX DISCLOSURE PERSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT REGARDING A CHANGE IN PORTION OF HOLDINGS Nordea Bank AB (publ) (Swedish company ID 516406-0120) announces on its own behalf and on behalf of its Finnish subsidiary Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj (1680235-8) that today on 11 April 2011, the portion of ownership of shares and voting rights of both companies and Nordea Group in SRV Group Plc has fallen below 1/20. Based on a derivatives contract, Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj sold today 11 April 2011, all 1,909,483 SRV Group Plc's shares which it had owned to Nordea Bank AB (publ), therefore the portion of ownership of shares and voting rights of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj in SRV Group Plc has fallen below 1/20. Thereby, Nordea Bank AB (publ) owned 1,909,483 SRV Group Plc's shares, and its portion of ownership of shares and voting rights in SRV Group Plc exceeded 1/20 (5.19%). As part of the total return swap told earlier in the flagging notification of 5 January 2010, Nordea Bank AB (publ) sold today 11 April 2011 to SRV Group Plc 1,356,650 SRV Group Plc's shares. Therefore the portion of ownership of shares and voting rights of Nordea Bank AB (publ) and Nordea Group in SRV Group Plc fell below 1/20. Nordea Bank AB (publ) owns now 552,833 SRV Group Plc's shares, which equals 1.5% of ownership of shares and voting rights in SRV Group Plc. Moreover, Nordea Life and Pensions S.A. (domicile in Luxemburg, register number B35996) belonging to Nordea Group owns 27,208 SRV Group Plc's shares, which equals 0.07% of the total number of shares and voting rights of SRV Group Plc. Moreover, Nordea Henkivakuutus Suomi Oy (0927072-8) belonging to Nordea Group owns 35,000 shares, which equals 0.1% of the total number of shares and voting rights of SRV Group Plc.
