SRV buys Maanrakennus Oy Laatutyö
SRV GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 31 May 2011 at 2.30 p.m. EET SRV has acquired all shares of the excavation company Maanrakennus Oy Laatutyö. For the time being, Laatutyö will continue under its old name, and with the transaction all 36 employees will become part of SRV Groups personnel as of 1 June 2011. The annual revenue of Laatutyö is 5 to 7 million Euros. - Laatutyö is a highly professional and profitable excavation company. We have used the company in numerous projects. The transaction is part of SRV's strategy to enhance our infrastructure construction, and it brings also new expertise to SRV, Juha Pekka Ojala, Senior Executive Vice President of SRV, says The office of Laatutyö will stay in Kerava.
