The sale of SRV's hotel in Ekaterinburg has been completed

24.09.2008 17.00 Stock Exchange release SRV Russia Ltd, which belongs to the SRV Group, has sold on the 9th July 2008 the shares of ZAO Nordrus Hotel. The required consent of the Russian competition authorities has been received and the transaction has been completed. The transaction generates an operating profit of about EUR 13,5 million in the third quarter of 2008. ZAO Nordrus Hotel owns the 160-room hotel located in Ekaterinburg in Russia. The hotel is operated under Park Inn brand. The buyer is Wenaas Hotel Russia A/S, which belongs to the Norwegian Wenaas Group.
