Listing prospectus for SRV’s EUR 100 million bond available

Espoo, Finland, 2016-03-24 11:50 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SRV GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 24 MARCH 2016, AT 12:50 Listing prospectus for SRV’s EUR 100 million bond available SRV Group Plc (“SRV”) announced its decision to issue a bond of EUR 100 million on 16 March 2016. The bond matures on 23 March 2021 and carries a fixed annual interest of 6.875 percent. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing prospectus of the bond. The prospectus is available in English on the company’s website at www.srv.fi/investors. Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the bond to public trading as of 29 March 2016. Pohjola Bank plc and Danske Bank A/S acted as lead managers for the transaction and Dero Bank AG acted as a co-manager.
