SRV GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 14 JANUARY 2021 9:00 EET Jouni Forsman appointed Senior Vice President, Business Premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area and a member of the Corporate Executive Team of SRV Group Plc Jouni Forsman, M.Sc. (Eng.), 51, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Business Premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area and a member of the Corporate Executive Team of SRV Group Plc. He shall take up his position no later than 15 March 2021. Most recently, Forsman has served as division's director in YIT Suomi Oy's residential construction and previously in various management positions in the YIT Group, including director of the Infrastructure Services business. “Jouni Forsman has extensive and diverse experience in the entire construction value chain, as well as strong expertise in the international business.
