Jorma Seppä appointed SRV Group Plc’s SVP, Housing, Helsinki metropolitan area,
and a member of Corporate Executive Team

Jorma Seppä, B.Eng., 40, has been appointed Senior Vice President,
Housing, Helsinki metropolitan area, and a member of Corporate Executive Team of
SRV Group Plc. He shall take up his position on 2 August 2021. Currently, Seppä
is responsible for Skanska Talonrakennus Oy’s housing production district in the
capital area.

Previously, Seppä has held different leadership, development and project
development positions in Skanska Group, both in Finland and in the Nordic
organization. He has also worked for Lujatalo Oy and for the City of Helsinki.

Seppä succeeds Kim Jolkkonen, who will leave the company.
