Miimu Airaksinen appointed SVP, Development and Antti Nummi SVP, Commercial in
SRV Group Plc

Miimu Airaksinen, D.Sc. (Tech.), 48, has been appointed SVP, Development, and a
member of Corporate Executive Team of SRV Group Plc as of 2 September 2021. SRV
Group Plc’s SVP, Business Development, Antti Nummi, M.Sc. (Soc.), 49, has been
appointed SVP, Commercial as of 2 September 2021. He continues as a member of
Corporate Executive Team of SRV Group Plc.

The appointments strengthen the implementation of SRV’s lifecycle-wise
construction strategy published in February.

Airaksinen has most recently worked as CEO of Finnish Association of Civil
Engineers RIL, as research professor and in several other positions in VTT
Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd., as well as head of Optiplan Oy's
research and development unit. She also acts in several projects and positions
of trust, especially in energy efficiency and sustainable construction, in
Finland and globally.

According to Sipola, the appointment of Antti Nummi as SVP, Commercial supports
the progress of the commercial angle of the strategy.

“In our strategy, we have set a goal in gaining leading market position in the
market of business premises, and we are seeking growth in the private sector by
commercialising lifecycle-wise construction and expanding our customer base in
our two-stage project management contracting model. Antti Nummi's role supports
the identification of commercial opportunities and commercial growth throughout
the company,” says Sipola.
