Ilkka Pitkänen nominated permanently as SRV’s Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of SRV Group Plc has confirmed the position of Ilkka
Pitkänen M.Sc.(Econ) as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member
of the Corporate Executive Team as of 22 January 2016.

Pitkänen has been responsible for the duties of the company’s CFO since 1
December 2014, after former CFO and Executive Vice President Hannu Linnoinen
took medical leave of absence. Hannu Linnoinen will continue in the service of
SRV until 31 July 2016 in management duties to be agreed separately.
