Ilkka Salonen leaves SRV Group Plc’s Board of Directors

Espoo, Finland, 2012-11-16 13:10 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SRV GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 November 2012 at 14:10 M.Sc Ilkka Salonen has requested to be relieved of his membership from the SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors. Salonen was appointed CEO of a large Russian bank Uralsib in September 2012, and feels that he won't be able to participate fully in the work of SRV's Board of Directors alongside his new position. Salonen has been a member of SRV's Board and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee since 2010. - In behalf of the SRV Board of Directors, I would like to thank Ilkka Salonen for his years of service.
