Priit Sauk appointed CEO of Estonian subsidiaries

Priit Sauk has been appointed CEO of SRV Group's Estonian subsidiaries starting
1 July 2012. Sauk has 20 years of experience from management positions in
Estonian construction business, among others from AS Teede REV-2 and AS YIT
Ehitus as Chairman of the Board. Sauk transfers from SRV's consultant position.

SRV has to subsidiary companies in Estonia, SRV Ehituse AS and SRV Kinnisvara
AS. Current CEO of the companies, Juha Metsäntähti has been appointed SRV's
Manager of Internal Audit, starting 1 July 2012.

SRV is at the moment constructing a frozen baked goods factory for VAASAN
Group's Estonian subsidiary to town of Saue, 15 kilometres from Tallinn.
