DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Software Radio Technology plc has been notified that Neil Peniket, an Executive Director of the Company, has today sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 27 pence per share.  Following the disposal, Mr. Peniket's interest in the Company comprises 1,300,000 share options at an exercise price of 2.5p per share.
