Software Radio Technology plc has been notified that Andrew Lapping, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 29.5 pence per share for his SIPP.  Following the acquisition, Mr. Lapping is interested in 1,181,080 ordinary shares, representing 0.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
