Release of Shares from Escrow

SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: SRG) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that 3,718,780 ordinary fully paid shares will be released from voluntary escrow on Wednesday, 2 June 2021.

This is the final tranche of shares to be issued in relation to the acquisition of the Gallery Facades business in June 2018.

Quotation for the above securities on ASX was sought at the time of the acquisition.
