Expiry of Unlisted Options

Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS, “GCS Group”) advises that 135,000 unlisted options exercisable at $1.30 have expired in accordance with the terms and conditions of the options.

Following these changes GCS Group has the following unlisted options on issue:
