SRG Global Completes Strategic Acquisition of Bartek, a National Engineered Products Business

SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: SRG) is pleased to announce it has acquired Bartek, an engineered products business based in Queensland for $2.6m. This strategic acquisition is structured as an asset purchase transaction and is effective from 1 December 2022.

Bartek has over 20 years’ experience in the Engineered Products Segment with significant expertise in the supply of engineered couplers, precast ferrules, starter bars, threaded anchors and rebar threading services . It currently services a diverse range of clients across Australia and New Zealand.

The acquisition of Bartek will significantly expand the current product range of SRG Global’s Engineered Products business and will enhance SRG Global’s position as a leading rebar coupler supplier to the infrastructure and building sectors. The acquisition will also deliver improved purchasing arrangements through direct supply from long term international suppliers.
