SRG Global’s Aboriginal Joint Venture ‘Bugarrba’ Awarded Term Contract to Provide Multi-Disciplinary Services to Fortescue Metals Group valued at ~$25m

Highlights:

• SRG Global’s Aboriginal Joint Venture Bugarrba PJV (Bugarrba) has been awarded a five-year term contract valued at ~$25m

• Providing engineered scaffold services at Fortescue’s port operations and facilities in Western Australia

• Bugarrba is a partnership between members of the Njamal People (51%) and SRG Global (49%)

SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’, ASX: SRG) is pleased to announce its Aboriginal Joint Venture Bugarrba has been awarded a five-year term contract with Fortescue Metals Group (Fortescue).

The term contract is a Master Agreement for Maintenance and Shutdown Services, initially to provide engineered scaffold services at Fortescue’s port operations and facilities in Western Australia. The contract which is for a period of five years has now commenced and is valued at ~$25m. Bugarrba is a joint venture with members of the Njamal People (51%) and SRG Global (49%). The traditional land of the Njamal people covers 42,000 square km’s within the Pilbara with its name meaning ‘Country’ in the Njamal language. Bugarrba’s vision is to provide meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities to its people and Aboriginal people more broadly.
