SRG Global Secures Specialist Facades Contracts Valued at ~$70m

Highlights:

• SRG Global has secured two specialist facades contracts in Perth totalling ~$70m

• • Facades project works include the design, supply and installation of specialist engineered curtain wall facades

SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: SRG) is pleased to announce that it has secured two facade contracts in Perth totalling ~$70m.

The first contract is for the Westralia Square project with Built, on behalf of GDI Property Group. The contract is expected to start in January 2022 and will run for approximately 9 months. Designed by Paterson Architects, this project with 11 floors will be the tallest timber composite structured building in WA. Our works include the high performance curtain wall façade to office floors as well as podium level including the revolving door entrance and Mounts Bay Road glazing upgrade.

The second contract is for the Elizabeth Quay West development with D&C Corporation for façade construction for the Kerry Hill Architects designed 55 level and a 30 level tower development. The 55 level tower will be Perth’s tallest residential tower and will feature a high performance, state of the art curtain wall façade which is shaded by a combination of vertical and horizontal sun shading to maximize views whilst optimising the living experience for its occupants. This development continues the Company’s longstanding relationship with D&C Corporation. The new project will start immediately and run for approximately 12 months and is the fifth major contract SRG Global has been awarded in the Elizabeth Quay Waterfront Precinct.
