GALLERY FACADES AWARDED APPROX $62m OF NEW CONTRACT WORKS
Construction services group Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS) is pleased to announce the Group’s 51% acquired division Gallery Facades (Gallery), has been awarded contracts to the value of approximately $62 million with national tier-one construction company Lend Lease Building. These contracts are for the supply and install of high performance architectural facades to the Y3, Melbourne Quarter and Bendigo Hospital projects in Victoria, and the Darling Square South East Plot in NSW. Gallery will carry out these contracts over an estimated 18 month period.
GCS Group Managing Director Enzo Gullotti said, “The GCS Group is pleased Gallery has been awarded the façade work for these East Coast developments, and to build a successful partnership with Lend Lease Building.
