Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS) Request for continuation of trading halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Global Construction Services Limited (GCS) requests that ASX grant a continuation of the trading halt in trading in its ordinary shares until the commencement of trading on Thursday 6 September (ASX: GCS).
Continuation of the trading halt is requested pending completion of the capital raising announced on 3 September.
GCS is not aware of any reason why the continuation of the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the continuation of the trading halt.
