Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS) Request for voluntary suspension
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Global Construction Services Limited (GCS) requests that ASX suspend its ordinary shares (ASX: GCS) from quotation with effect from the commencement of trading on 6 September 2012.
The suspension is requested pending completion of the capital raising announced on 3 September.
GCS is not aware of any reason why its shares should not be suspended or any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
