Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS) Withdrawal of offer

Global Construction Services Limited (GCS) has withdrawn its accelerated non-renounceable 3 for 17 entitlement issue and placement to institutional and sophisticated investors announced on Monday 2 September.

GCS is currently in further discussions with its lead manager in relation to a potential capital raising on revised terms.

GCS was granted a trading halt prior to the commencement of trading on 2 September and was granted voluntary suspension on 6 September, which will continue until further notice.

GCS will make a further announcement in due course.
