GCS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES RETAIL ENTITLEMENT OFFER

Construction services group Global Construction Services Limited (ASX: GCS, “GCS” “GCS Group”) today announces the successful completion of the retail component (“Retail Entitlement Offer”) of its capital raising announced on 7 September, 2012. The Retail Entitlement Offer, comprising a 5-for-16 nonrenounceable entitlement issue, raised approximately $4.9m before expenses.

The retail offer was conducted with an offer price of $0.60 per new GCS ordinary share (“New Share”). New Shares issued under the Retail Entitlement Offer are expected to be allotted on Wednesday 10 October, 2012 and commence trading on ASX on Thursday 11 October, 2012.

The Retail Entitlement Offer was well supported by eligible shareholders who took up over 71% of their entitlement, equating to 5,895,260 New Shares. The balance of 2,366,657 New Shares will be taken up by a number of subunderwriters.
