Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: SRG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Judson Lorkin as Joint Company Secretary.

Mr Lorkin joined SRG Global in 2016 as the Group Manager for Corporate Development and will continue in his current role as the Group Financial Controller. Prior to SRG Global, Mr Lorkin held senior roles in investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets advisory.

Mr Lorkin is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (formerly Chartered Secretaries Australia), holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance) and qualified as an Actuary (AIAA).

Following Mr Lorkin’s appointment, both Mr Roger Lee and Mr Lorkin will act as Joint Company Secretaries.
