GCS APPOINTS CFO

Construction services group Global Construction Services (ASX: GCS, “GCS Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Edwards as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining GCS, Mr Edwards was Group Financial Controller of mining services company Ausdrill.

Mr Edwards previously spent 25 years at Wyllie Group where he held numerous positions including General Manager - Finance and Administration, Director and Company Secretary.

He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma of Business from Curtin University. He is also a Fellow of CPA Australia.

GCS Managing Director Enzo Gullotti said the Company was delighted to have appointed such a senior corporate executive.

“Guy brings a wealth of experience and skills to GCS and will play an important role going forward as we implement our growth strategy,” said Mr Gullotti.
