Annual General Meeting Date

SRG Global advises that its Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) will be held at 10.00am WST on 14 October 2021.

The Notice of Meeting is expected to be released to ASX in mid-September 2021. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for the AGM is 25 August 2021.
