Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This disclosure is being made pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR”).

Disclosures under Schedule III, Part-A, Para A (Clause 20) of LODR is given below:

i) Name of Authority	Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh
ii) Nature and details of the action(s) taken, initiated or order(s) passed;	Hon. Chief Judicial Magistrate , District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh has passed an order imposing penalty, on Mr. Pramod Gopaldas Gujarathi, Whole Time Director (Safety & Environment) and Occupier of SRF Ltd. under the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948, aggregating to Rs. 2,80,000.
iii) Date of receipt of direction or order, including any ad-interim or interim orders, or any other communication from the authority;	Date of Order was 21.12.2023. Copy of the Order was received by the Company on 29.12.2023. This communication is being sent on 1.1.2024 due to intervening holidays.
iv) Details of the violation(s)/contravention(s) committed or alleged to be committed;	Contravention of the provisions of Section 7A(2)(a) and 7A(2)(c) of the Factories Act, 1948.
v) impact on financial, operation or other activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in monetary terms to the extent possible.	A penalty of Rs. 2,80,000 has been imposed on Mr. Pramod Gopaldas Gujarathi, Whole Time Director (Safety & Environment) and Occupier. No impact on the operations or any other activities of the Company.
