Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir,

This disclosure is being made pursuant to the amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR”) which came into effect from 14 July 2023. Pursuant to the amendment, we are required to disclose any continuing event or information which becomes material pursuant to notification of the amendment within thirty days from the effective date of the amendment.

Disclosures under Schedule III, Part-A, Para A (Clause 20) “Action(s) taken or orders passed by any regulatory, statutory, enforcement authority or judicial body against the listed entity or its directors, key managerial personnel, senior management, promoter or subsidiary, in relation to the listed entity, in respect of interalia imposition of fines and penalty” of LODR are given below:

Nature and details of the action(s) taken, initiated or order(s) passed	Commissioner of Customs cancelled certain RODTEP scrips issued and imposed a penalty of Rs. 2.5 lacs on the Company. The Company is challenging the said order before appropriate Forum.	Department of Legal Metrology issued notice for alleged non compliance of declaration to be made on refrigerant gas cylinders under Section 18 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. The Company had opted for compounding under Section 48 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. A compounding fee of Rs. 25,000 each has been imposed on the Company and the nominated Director. The matter stands closed.
