Dear Sir,
This disclosure is being made pursuant to the amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR”) which came into effect from 14 July 2023. Pursuant to the amendment, we are required to disclose any continuing event or information which becomes material pursuant to notification of the amendment within thirty days from the effective date of the amendment.
Disclosures under Schedule III, Part-A para B (Clause 11) “Giving of guarantees or indemnity or becoming a surety by whatever named called for any third party” of LODR being Corporate Guarantees given by the Company on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiaries, are given below:

Impact of such guarantees or indemnity or surety on listed entity : In case of default in the repayment of loan by the above subsidiaries, the Company shall be liable to indemnify the Bank and make repayment of the outstanding loan. Outstanding under the credit facilities granted to the above WoS(s) are a part of the consolidated financials of SRF Ltd.
Details of Corporate Guarantees issued till 31[st] March 2023 are given in our Annual Report for FY 202223 on page no. 253.
