SRF Ltd’s related parties primarily consists of its Fellow subsidiaries, Holding Company, Enterprises over which KMP have significant influence, Post employment benefits trust, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and their relatives, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Holding company and their relatives and Enterprises over which relative of KMP has control. SRF Ltd enters into transactions with these related parties in the ordinary course of business at market rates and terms.
