Lithium One Announces Changes in Officers and Directors
Vancouver, British Columbia, December 3, 2024 – Lithium One Metals Inc. (TSXV: LONE; FSE: H490) (the "Company" or "Lithium One") announces that Nav Dhaliwal, currently the Executive Chair and a director of the Company, has resigned as Executive Chair and has been appointed Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He remains a director of the Company.
R. Dale Ginn has resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company and Robert Jewson has resigned as director of the Company. The Company thanks both Mr. Ginn and Mr. Jewson for their time and contributions and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
