ISSUE OF SHARES, SECTION 708A(5)(e) NOTICE

Sprintex Limited (ASX Code: SIX) ( Company ) hereby advises that it has today issued 4,612,390 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares in the Capital of the Company to Quazar Enterprises Limited. The Shares have been issued in accordance with a conversion notice received pursuant to the US$1M funding agreement, as announced to the market on 24 March 2016, in full satisfaction of all amounts due under this Agreement.

Section 708A(5)(e) Notice

This notice is issued pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act and the Company advises that, to the best of its knowledge, information and belief as at the date of this notice, the following statements are true and not misleading:

• (a) the relevant securities are in a class of securities that were quoted securities at all times in the 12 months before the day on which the relevant securities were issued;

• (b) the Company will issue the relevant securities without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Act );

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information (in accordance with the requirements of subsections 708A(7) and (8) of the Act as if this notice were a notice under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act).
