Please find attached Appendix 3Y for Mr Steven Apedaile, a Director of the Company.

The Appendix includes the following information:

1. A re-allocation of shareholdings from Direct to Indirect Shares.

2. A purchase of shares which occurred on the 1[st] of October 2009. As previously advised in the letter to ASX on 12 February 2009, there was an issue with emails, at the time of this purchase, not being received by the Company Secretary as they were delivered into an email folder that was not regularly accessed. Unfortunately this purchase was also missed. Steps have now been taken to ensure that all emails are delivered to the appropriate place in a timely manner.

The Company has in place procedures with its Directors to ensure that notifiable interests in the Company are reported within the required time. Upon any change in notifiable interest, the Director must advise the Company Secretary in writing of the change. The Company believes that current arrangements are adequate to ensure compliance with listing rule 3.19B.
