Lapsing of Unlisted Options and Shortfall Shares under

Underwriting Agreement

Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) ( Sprintex or Company ) advises that the following unlisted options have lapsed on 31 December 2024:

The balance of unlisted options (ASX: SIXAB) is NIL.

Further to the Underwriting Agreement dated 17 December 2024 between China Automotive Holdings Limited and Sprintex (“Agreement”), as announced on 18 December 2024, the number of Shortfall Shares under the Agreement is 12,871,111.

The indicative timetable showing the remaining key dates for the Agreement is set out below:
