Mr. Surendra and I visited Sprintex’s factory in Suzhou, China, in February 2025 after conducting local market research, which has further strengthened our confidence in this collaboration.”

Exceeding Q1 minimum order quantities (MOQ) and Contribution to Q2

Under the exclusive distribution agreement with Euroteck, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Q1 (January–March 2025) is US$183,500 (A$290,947). This new purchase order of US$225,800 (A$358,015) exceeds the remaining Q1 MOQ by US$42,300 (A$67,068), fully satisfying Euroteck’s Q1 obligations and highlighting the considerable demand for the Company’s solutions in India.

Additionally, the excess will contribute towards Euroteck’s Q2 (April–June 2025) MOQ of US$225,800 (A$358,015), positioning Euroteck to meet its year-one targets under the agreement, which exceeds A$7.16m over three years.

New G25 Platform: Significant Revenue Potential

The order highlights the significant revenue potential of Sprintex’s newly launched G25 platform. The G15 series units, including customised Triton models, contribute a subtotal of US$54,800 (AU$86,888), reflecting their suitability for smaller-scale applications. In contrast, the G25 series units contribute a subtotal of US$171,000 (AU$271,127), demonstrating the higher revenue potential of the larger-capacity G25 platform. With the G25 platform now ready for sale (refer ASX announcement: 3 March 2025), Sprintex is focused on rapidly increasing production to meet orders. The Company expects future revenue forecasts and distributor orders, including from Euroteck, to increasingly reflect the adoption of the G25 series, particularly for large-scale industrial applications such as wastewater treatment, sewerage treatment, papermills and cement plants.

Customised G15 Triton Units for Aire-O2 Triton® Aerators

Of the units ordered, 15 are customised G15 Triton models specifically designed to meet the exact requirements of the Aire-O2 Triton® 2.0 Process Aerator and Mixer system. These units are included within the G15 series subtotal and will be tested and validated in India as part of Euroteck’s evaluation process. Following successful validation, Euroteck has indicated plans to place a follow-on order of 50 to 150 additional units, which could significantly expand Sprintex’s presence in the Indian wastewater treatment market. Additionally, the successful development of these customised models positions Sprintex to approach other Aire-O2 Triton® distributors in regions such as the Middle East and North America, further broadening the Company’s global market opportunities.

Initial Launch Sites and Case Studies

The sites include the Delhi Jal Board 45MGD Sewage Treatment Plant, Biocon Pharmaceutical Company, and GVG Paper Industries, each deploying Sprintex blowers to optimise their wastewater management processes. These locations will serve as case studies, featuring IoT-enabled monitoring of flow rates and energy consumption to showcase the efficiency and reliability of the Sprintex Jet Blowers. Euroteck will utilise these case studies to strengthen its market penetration in the Indian wastewater treatment sector, highlighting the innovative benefits of Sprintex’s technology to potential customers. Detailed results, including energy savings and operational enhancements, will be released as the projects progress.
