Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) ( Sprintex or Company ) is pleased to provide the following update on a number of key milestones, including an executed addendum to its Binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) with exclusive distributor in Türkiye, Net 0 Enerji (refer ASX announcement: 24 June 2024), a new purchase order valued at US$245,000 (A$377,000), and the expansion of its product portfolio to include Jet Blowers up to 110kW.
These developments position Sprintex to capitalise on Türkiye’s rapidly increasing demand for energyefficient technologies, which are supported by substantial government incentives.
The addendum to the binding HOA extends the exclusivity agreement with Net 0 Enerji by a further two years to 30 June 2029, increases the five-year minimum order commitment to a total of US$6.48 million (A$9.97 million) from US$3.87m (A$5.95m) in the initial agreement, and aligns order volumes with production of Sprintex’s new high-capacity G25 (25kW) and G37 (37kW) Jet Blowers, with several larger models up to 110kW scheduled for October 2025.

Strategic expansion to meet large market demand:
Previously, the Company’s sales in Türkiye centred on the G15 Jet Blower (4kW and 7.5kW), delivering substantial energy savings in a range of smaller-scale applications. The introduction of the G25 (25kW) in June 2025, the G37 (37kW) in July 2025, and forthcoming 45kW–110kW units marks a considerable increase in capability. These high-capacity blowers address the requirements of larger industrial sites and municipal wastewater plants where energy use is significantly higher. These opportunities also have the potential to generate considerably higher revenue for the Company due to scale demands.
To further strengthen its market reach, Net 0 Enerji has signed HCP Pompa Sistemleri Ltd (part of ASM Water Treatment Technologies Inc) as an official Sprintex dealer, adding extensive access to municipal and industrial wastewater treatment projects across Türkiye.
The expanded product offering enables Sprintex to target government supported Efficiency Enhancement Project Support grants, which require at least 150kW total energy savings. For example, replacing legacy blowers with a mix of G25 and G37 models achieves this threshold faster than multiple G15 units, simplifying installation and improving return on investment (ROI). The larger models also position Sprintex for larger single contracts with anticipated values over US$200,000 (A$308,000) — compared to typical G15 projects generally priced between US$10,000 (A$15,000) and US$45,000 (A$69,000).
Leveraging Turkish Government Incentives :
Sprintex’s high-capacity Jet Blowers align directly with Türkiye’s national energy efficiency priorities under the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. Industrial sites consuming 500 tonnes of oil equivalent (TOE) or more annually are eligible for government grants covering up to 30% of project costs, with up to TRY21,589,500 (approximately US$548,000 / A$842,000) paid per site. A one-time advance payment of up to 50% of the approved grant can be provided upfront, provided the project delivers a minimum verified energy saving of 150kW.
In typical applications, Sprintex Jet Blowers replace older, inefficient blowers while significantly reducing energy consumption. For example, a single 7.5kW G15 can do the job of a 15kW Roots blower or a 22kW side channel blower, achieving 40–65% energy savings per unit. For larger installations, a 25kW G25 can replace a 40kW Roots blower with greater efficiency and capacity flexibility. Large industrial and municipal sites often operate 10–20 blowers continuously, so upgrading or downsizing these units can easily exceed the 150kW savings threshold, unlocking substantial subsidies that reduce upfront capital expenditure and shorten payback periods.
These incentives are driving rapid adoption as industries seek to cut operating costs and meet ESG targets with proven, high-efficiency clean air technology.
Case Study: ASAŞ Aluminum
Recent work alongside ASAŞ Aluminum (ASAŞ) illustrates Sprintex’s technology’s significant impact.
Initially, ASAŞ replaced five legacy blowers (three 18.5kW TMM and two 22kW generic units, total 95.5kW) with five G15 7.5kW Jet Blowers, reducing power use to 37.5kW—a 58kW (55%) saving, achieving a 12month payback, reducing noise output by over 25dB, and lowering heat outturn while enabling real-time monitoring. Notably, the G15 7.5kW Jet Blowers, weighing only 17kg, replaced 18.5kW and 22kW side channel blowers weighing upwards of 150kg each, highlighting a significant size and weight advantage that simplifies installation and reduces structural demands.

Following this success, ASAŞ has committed to replacing 12 additional blowers, qualifying for government support. To complete this second phase, Net 0 Enerji have ordered 20 individual 7.5kW high pressure Sprintex G15 Jet Blowers as part of this new purchase order.

Revenue Impact :
Sprintex’s move into high-capacity blowers fundamentally broadens its revenue profile. The new G25, G37 and upcoming larger models are each priced approximately four to five times higher than the current G15 units, substantially increasing revenue per project. A single order comprising three to five of these larger blowers can generate equivalent revenue to supplying 25 to 50 smaller units. This addition of higherpowered Jet Blowers supports Sprintex’s growth ambitions in Türkiye and other markets. The increased US$6.48 million (A$9.97 million) minimum order from Net 0 Enerji, coupled with the potential for multiple high-value contracts, positions Sprintex for strong revenue growth within the next five years. Meeting the 150kW energy savings benchmark further enhances project economics, driving strong demand for larger units.
Management Commentary
Jay Upton, CEO and Managing Director of Sprintex, said: “The extension of our agreement with Net 0 Enerji to 2029, a new US$245,000 (A$377,000) purchase order, and the launch of our G25 and G37 Jet Blowers show the market’s accelerating adoption of Sprintex’s technology. Our expanded range, scaling up to 110kW, will now provide us with access to major contracts for large-scale industrial and municipal projects. By enabling clients like ASAŞ Aluminum to achieve over 150kW in savings and qualify for government subsidies, we are supporting Türkiye’s transition to sustainable industry while unlocking strong revenue opportunities for the Company. With the higher price points of our new blowers, our growth prospects are stronger than ever.”
