Sprintex MD Jay Upton commented:

“Kudos goes to our dedicated team, that have brought production of our high-speed blowers online, on time.

“Current production rates will satisfy immediate demand and plans are underway to increase production to meet expected increased demand. “

Smaller, lighter, and more efficient than current industrial turbo blowers or side channel blowers, the G series includes built in user interface and PLC (programable logic control), allowing operation of proprietary ‘Smart-Pulse-Aeration’™ and significantly reducing energy consumption in most applications.

The Company’s new high-tech production facility also offers the ability to manufacture the Sprintex e-Compressor range for hydrogen and methanol fuel cell applications in the rapidly developing clean energy initiative, putting Sprintex in an ideal position to supply the market with product using G15 e-Compressor sub-assemblies rolling out. core components already proven in in the environmental and industrial market. Sprintex expects to receive a major and increasing revenue stream from these very mature markets.

The G26 turbo-blower boasts an impressive 80,000-hour service life. In terms of energy efficiency, it delivers outstanding results, saving 20% in energy during steady state operation and a remarkable 30% energy reduction during Smart Pulse Aeration operation when compared to competing products in similar applications. This leads to a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and quicker cost payback.

The G26 belongs to the G series blowers, which are characterised by their smaller size, quieter operation, and lighter weight (only 1/3 of the weight of the benchmarked product). The G-series blowers outshine their competitors in efficiency, resulting in reduced physical and carbon footprint, as well as substantial energy and operating cost savings.

One of the standout features of the G26 is its incorporation of the company’s proprietary Smart Pulse Aeration technology, accompanied by a user-friendly touchscreen interface, programmable logic controls, surge protection, safety alarms, and protection systems.

The company will present the new G15 and G26 ranges offering 5 power increments between 3kW and 25kW across the two models, facilitating application to a broad range of applications, at the upcoming Water Energy Technology and Environment Expo (WETEX) sustainability event in Dubai UAE November 15-17, 2023.

This ASX announcement was authorised for release by the Board of Sprintex Limited.
