ASX RELEASE
Update on Placement
Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) (Sprintex or the Company) refers to the placement of 53,333,333 shares at an issue price of $0.075 with 26,666,667 attaching options with an exercise price of $0.10 and term of 1 year, to raise $4m announced on 2 November 2021 and provides an update.
Settlement of part of the placement has been delayed. $2,630,725 of the placement has been completed (see ASX announcements of 9 November 2021, 14 December 2021, 9 February 2022, 14 April 2022 and 20 May 2022) and $1,369,275 is expected to be completed by 30 June 2022.
As more than three months has elapsed since the issue was approved by shareholders, the placement shares and attaching options will be issued under the Company’s LR7.1 and 7.1A placement capacities. The following details the securities which have been issued and placement capacity / authority:
