EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Further to the Company’s previous announcements on 19 November 2020 and 18 January 2021 and following continued positive progress towards achieving the reinstatement conditions, Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) ( Company ) advises that it has extended the closing date of the public offer and the options offer in in its prospectus dated 19 October 2020 ( Prospectus ) to 19 February 2021.

Other than as set out above, all details in relation to the Prospectus, First Supplementary Prospectus and Second Supplementary Prospectus remain unchanged.
