Extension of deadline for re-admission to the Official List and extension of Offers
Further to the Company’s previous announcements on 19 November 2020 and 18 January 2021, and following ongoing discussions with the ASX, Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) (Company) is pleased to advise shareholders that the ASX has granted an extension of the deadline to meet re-listing conditions. The previously advised deadline of 22 February 2021 has now been extended until 31 March 2021.
Additionally, the Board has resolved to further revise the indicative timetable for the offers of securities under the prospectus dated 19 October 2020 ( Prospectus ), the supplementary prospectus dated 2 November 2020 ( Supplementary Prospectus ) and the second supplementary prospectus dated 18 January 2021 ( Second Supplementary Prospectus ).
The revised indicative timetable for the offers is shown below:

*If the Public Offer is cancelled or withdrawn before completion of the Public Offer, then all application monies will be refunded in full (without interest) as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of the Corporations Act.
